On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a super double bed, private bathroom and an extra WC. On the same floor, a modern kitchen, a convenient dining room and a cozy living room, are extended. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms with large balconies which combine sea and mountain views. A beautiful roof garden has been created on the roof with a magnificent view of Platanias and the endless sea. The outdoor area is covered at its most part by a large heated swimming pool 105 sq.m. with whirlpool which is divided into two parts, one suitable for small children. A living room and a dining room surround the building. The luxurious accommodation in the villa is completed with extra facilities such as a wellness area with a treadmill and multi- instrument gym, BBQ and private parking.
